After spending years building Mend from the ground up as COO — scaling the team, raising capital, and designing the operating model — I made a deliberate decision to take everything I'd learned and apply it more broadly. Today I work as a fractional executive and consultant, partnering with founders and leadership teams across industries to bring the same strategic rigor and operational discipline that helped Mend grow.
